In this free openHPI course, you will learn how to practically use large language models. You will understand how LLMs work and why they sometimes produce nonsense. Afterwards, you will practice prompt engineering and build your own chatbot using tools like OpenWebUI. It can optionally connect to your own documents. The course lasts two weeks with a workload of four to five hours per week. It is aimed at professionals without deep programming knowledge. The course language is German, and the certificate of achievement is free.
