fast.ai reverses the usual order: You train real models from the first lesson and learn the theory afterwards. The course covers image recognition, language processing, tabular data, and deploying finished models. Course instructor Jeremy Howard has, among other things, led Kaggle as president. You need about a year of programming experience, preferably in Python. The nine lessons each last about 90 minutes. The course is completely free, there is no certificate.
