The DATEV training "DATEV Annual Financial Statements Course" shows you how to systematically prepare your company's annual financial statements in DATEV. You learn the most important program functions and analysis options and work independently at the PC using a sample case.
The focus is on the balance sheet. You practice how to prepare a correct balance sheet in DATEV, because it forms the basis for proper annual financial statements.
In terms of content, you first create the annual financial statements in the master data and open them in DATEV. You learn about allocation tables and record example postings from ongoing business operations as well as closing entries. You take over depreciation from asset accounting and perform the VAT reconciliation. You determine the trade tax and corporate income tax provisions with automatic posting and call up the balance sheet, income statement, and asset schedule at the end. The course is rounded off by using the annual financial statements packages.
The course is aimed at employees from financial accounting and tax offices who are starting out with the DATEV software. You should already have basic knowledge of accounting; you do not need any specific prior knowledge of DATEV.
You attend the course either as an in-person seminar at one of the training centers or as a live online training. Both formats cover the same content on annual financial statements in DATEV.
