In the DATEV Payroll and Salary Basics course, you will systematically learn the most important functions and evaluation options of the DATEV Payroll and Salary program. Using sample examples, you will independently follow each step on your own PC.
The focus is on company and employee master data: you set them up and maintain them, manage employee master data, and learn about the special features of marginal employment as well as managing directors and voluntarily or privately insured individuals.
Another key area is pay types and payroll accounting. You will practice payroll accounting for salaried and hourly employees, process mini-jobs individually, and deal with current KUG regulations as well as the advance payment of contributions.
For absences and continued wage payment, you will learn how to record absences in DATEV and handle the reimbursement of continued wage payment through the certification system. For evaluations and reporting, you will create payroll statements, payroll accounts, and payroll journals, process contribution notifications, and submit the wage tax declaration electronically via the DATEV data center.
The course lasts two days, each from 09:00 to 16:00. You can book it either as an in-person seminar at one of the training centers or as a live online training.
The training is aimed at beginners who have so far gained little experience in using DATEV Payroll and Salary. Basic knowledge of MS Windows and theoretical knowledge in the area of payroll and salary accounting are required.
The provider is an official DATEV education partner and trains with trainers who have extensive practical know-how and several years of experience in adult education. After successful participation, you will receive a certificate of participation. The date is a guaranteed course and takes place from the first registration onwards.
