As a Payroll Specialist, you take care of punctual and legally compliant salary payments. That is a task with real responsibility. You start with the basics of labor law. These include legally compliant recruitment, rights and obligations in the employment relationship, as well as vacation and illness. Also dismissal protection and collective labor law are on the agenda.

Then it moves on to payroll and salary accounting. You learn to correctly handle wage tax, church tax, and social security contributions. Topics such as mini-jobs, benefits in kind, and company pension plans are covered, as well as billing processes and year-end closing tasks.
